CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Ø Check-in : 14:00pm
The day of check-in is considered a full day regardless of your arrival time.
Ø Check-out : 12:00pm
EXTENDED STAY POLICY
If you are interested in extending your stay, please contact promptly the responsible hotel department, before arriving.
Keep in mind that we cannot ensure your stay in the same room, in case of such an extension.
If you wish to check out after 12:00pm on the scheduled departure date, and until 18:00 at the latest, you will be charged 50% of the room price for one night
If you wish to check out after 18:00, you will be charged 100% of the room price.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the cancelled stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you need to cancel your reservation 22 days before the first night, your deposit* will be fully refunded.
For cancellations within a period of 21 days before your arrival, there will be a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total cost of your stay.
* Any expenses fall on the guests
NO SHOW POLICY
If any guest does not show up in the hotel while they have made a deposit, the room remains reserved until the next day at 12pm. If the guest does not show up at all, 50% of the total cost of stay will be refunded.
DAMAGES
For any damage in the room caused by the guest or by any other person for whom they are responsible, the guests are considered accountable (e.g. glass breakage, damage on sanitary appliances, furniture damage, etc.)
The hotel bears no accountability in case of any damage or loss of guests’ items, or of people for whom the guests are responsible, as well as in case the damage or loss is due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, fire and other special circumstances.
GENERAL POLICY
Ø Children aged 4 or less can stay free of charge.
Ø Upon your arrival, please bring with you a copy of the reservation confirmation and evidence of the bank deposit.
Ø By means of your reservation, you declare to be fully aware of the reservation policy, the payment methods and the cancellation policy of the hotel.
The reservation policy is in accordance with article 8 of Law 1652/1986 (GG 167/A) on the relation between hoteliers and guests.
